The night before- Drink a lot of water and cut back on salt.
- Pat a chilled eye gel around the area.
- Use products with anti inflammatory ingredients like, chamomile, green tea, antioxidants,
- Use and extra pillow to keep your head elevated when you sleep.

Hi Lori I have used fast response cream from MAC and found that it works really good. You can also use preparation H, (i know kinda weird) but it works!
