EYE LASH CURLER TIPS

1. To keep your lashes curled throughout the day, HEAT YOUR CURLER W/ YOUR BLOW DRYER. touch the tip before curling to make sure its not too hot.

2. Curl your lashes twice, start at the lash root, hold for 1o sec and curl your lashes again half way up. This will give your lashes a natural curl

3. DO NOT curl your lashes when you have mascara on, you can pull your lashes out.

Is there any truth to the beauty practices that were handed down from your mother and grandmother...

1. Toothpaste can cure pimples

Yes, toothpaste can dry out pimples. Toothpaste has active ingredients like menthol and other active ingredients that can dry up pimples and make them heal much faster. But toothpaste can also dry up your face so it would be better if you purchased a cream specifically for pimples. 

2. Shaving your hair makes it grow back thicker

 This is a beauty myth. When you shave your hair it seems to grow back thicker because when we shave our hair the razor cuts the hair to the skins surface. They were not plucked from the follicle, Thats why when the hair grows back,the wide part of the hair grows back making the hair appear thicker.

      My mom shaved my head when I was a baby because she thought that it would grow to be thicker, tho my hair is thick it wasn't due to her shaving it. My sisters hair wasn't shaved and her hair is thicker than mine. 

3. Mayo is a great conditioner

  This is true, mayo is a great conditioner, mayo is rich in fatty acids and protein that nourishes the hair.

Jordyn Taylor.. I used pink bronze, swiss chocolate, sketch, and carbon on her eyes. It wasn't hard doing her make-up because she was so pretty, anything would have looked good.
