make up: what do you feel is the best foundation for oily (t-zone)/acne-prone skin that delivers medium to full coverage?
hair: what are the best volumizing products and tools to give straight, thin and asian hair a lasting boost throughout the day?
I received my esthetician license in November 2008 and finding it really hard to find a job. I want to continue my education but there are so many classes and programs available, I'm not sure what is beneficial. These classes also can get fairly expensive. Can you suggest any programs, classes, or books that would help me?
I completely agree, classes can be very expensive! If you can do ANYTHING you want what would it be? (without money being an issue) you should write out your goals so you could get to whatever that answer is, whatever makes you happy. Its not a matter of taking more classes its setting your goals and finding someone that can support you and keep you accountable for your goals. If your passionate about something you will be successful regardless of what it is. Sometimes there are obstacles that will come your way but don't give up, and one thing that I would suggest is keep your day job until your comfortable in letting it go.

I would like to know more about facials, exfoliating (gonna try the sea salt) and how to take care of the skin around the eye. Also, I like a super "i have no make up on" face, lol, what are the essentials needed to create this look quick and easy (im not the best with applying make up)
