Aloe Vera...Face Lift.

Aloe Vera is soothing to the skin (especially when you have a sunburn), moisturizes the skin and can prevent hyperpigmentation.  Aloe contains polysaccharides, glyco proteins, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals. Aloe Vera can be used to temporary "tighten" your skin. So you would want to apply this right before you go out.

All you would need to do is cut a piece of the aloe vera leaf, slice it open and apply the gel directly to your face, leave it on for about 10-15min and rinse off with cool water.

Home Remedies for Acne / Breakouts

I have tried some of these remedies in the past and they actually worked.

Tea Tree Oil- This is obtained from the Melaleuca alternifoliais tree from Australia. It contains bacteria-fighting substances called Terpenes, which either kill the bacteria or weaken them .

Aloe Vera- I bought a plant and used it fresh everyday. The enzyme-rich gel has very soothing anti-flamatory and anti-bacterial properties. You can also drink aloe veera, which will clean up and detox the digestive tract.

Zinc- you can get these in capsules from any drug store, It helps strengthen the immune system and repair your skin.

Vitamin A- It is said that vitamin a will help reduce the oils in your skin, helping your skin from
breaking out.

Water- Drink A LOT of water.
